Event & Short-Term Volunteers
Event & Short-Term Volunteers help KindLight Ministries when an extra set of hands can make a big difference. These opportunities are ideal for people who want to serve but may not be able to make an ongoing commitment. You can volunteer for a single event, project, outreach effort, or other short-term need.
How You Might Serve
Help set up, operate, or clean up after an event
Assist with community outreach activities
Sort, prepare, pack, or distribute donated items
Help with seasonal or special ministry projects
Welcome and assist participants or guests
Step in when a KindLight program needs additional volunteers
What we ask of you
We ask you to be dependable for the opportunity you choose and to serve everyone with kindness, compassion, and respect. There is no ongoing commitment required.
Each opportunity will include information about what is needed, when and where it will take place, and approximately how much time is involved.
What you need
Most short-term opportunities require no special experience.
We'll provide the information or instructions you need before you serve.
If an opportunity has age requirements, physical requirements, training, or other qualifications, we'll let you know beforehand.
