Direct Service Volunteers
Direct Service Volunteers are the hands and heart of KindLight Ministries in action. These volunteers serve people directly through our programs, outreach efforts, special projects, and community activities.
How You Might Serve
Help with KindLight outreach projects and community activities
Assist with preparing, organizing, or distributing items for those we serve
Participate in special projects and ministry events
Serve wherever an extra pair of caring hands can make a difference
What we ask of you
We ask our volunteers to serve with kindness, compassion, reliability, and respect for every person we encounter.
Opportunities and time commitments will vary by project, so you can choose opportunities that fit your availability and abilities.
Most importantly, we ask that you share our desire to value people and make a meaningful difference in the lives of others.
What you need
You don’t need special experience to make a difference.
We’re looking for people who are dependable, willing to help, and able to serve others with kindness and compassion.
When a particular project requires specific skills or training, we’ll make sure you know what is needed before you commit.
